eBay's new feedback system is sinking-in negatively for sellers

At first, we thought that there was an over-reaction to the changes that eBay implemented regarding the Feedback Policy.

But now, we realize that what the super majority of the sellers fear is a reality --- that more scamming and abusive buyers will come out. And yes, we have just been victimized by this zero-feedback buyer with eBay id: laerling1

We just recently received a negative feedback from this zero-feedback scammer who ignored our eBay messages and also ignored our listing policies that we do not sell to zero-feedback buyers... for simply this reason.

Isn't it very clearly written on our eBay listings for our Vintage Watches that we will only sell to those that have at least 10 feedback? Then how did this zero feedback buyer happen?

Thus again from this experience from eBayer laerling1, we stress that we continue to enforce that we will not sell to zero-feedback eBayers.

We are lucky that a vast majority of our buyers are honest gentlemen. But of course, we cannot avoid the bad-eggs that come along. It is a sad part of life nowadays.

We just hope that after all the current complaints and future complaints, eBay makes their marketplace a fair place once again.

As for the team of TheWatchWorks, we remain honest sellers with our conscience and integrity intact.
